我發現他是用上帝的話語﹝英文欽定本﹞在講道，並且在呼召悔改時毫不含糊。雖然梅爾牧師並不是個完美的人，但他是我所認識唯一絕不在信仰上妥協的牧師。

你可以到許多教會聽到關於「你有多好」的講道，但是你如何會因此而認罪悔改？梅爾牧師傳講的卻是悔改的道。他傳講真理，而非某些「好聽的話」或耶穌基督寶血的稀釋版。

雖然我認同他98%的講道，他也沒有忽視我所不認同的那2%。他會拿出真理，而不會讓人迷失。

讓我知道哪一個教會幾乎每天都有禱告會？我告訴你一個在Beaver Dam的小教會。讓我知道哪一個教會是個別地為人代禱？我會告訴你末次號筒事工。那間教會唯一不好的就是它離我家太遠﹝譯者：Jim Patch住紐澤西﹞，並且是在個非常寒冷的地方。無論如何還是願上帝祝福他們！

所以現在我告訴那些喜歡批評此事工的人：你們不會瞭解梅爾牧師和他的事工，直到你真的丟棄你的虛偽並來查驗他們的教會、認識他們美好的會眾與家人。

Below is Jim Patch』s visit to the Last Trumpet Ministry

Many people think this is some sort of a cult. Believe me, I thought the same thing in the beginning until I had the pleasure of taking a trip to Beaver Dam to check out the ministry. I spent a week with his family and the congregation. I had to find out if the ministry was in fact some sort of cult or close to it. I found his ministry to be so far from being a cult that I began to wonder if the churches I attended before were cults. They were not and that's my point. Pastor Meyer is a true man of God and an original. He may sound like some religious nut to those just beginning to hear his teachings but I found the opposite.

I had to know what he's all about and found that he speaks from the Word of God (the King James Version) and pulls no punches when it comes to a call to repentance. Although Pastor is not a perfect man, he's the only pastor I know who does not compromise his beliefs no matter what sort of opposition comes at him. He sticks to his convictions and that should be admired.

As far as being a cult leader？ No way！

He has never indicated to me that he is a god figure nor do I have to go thru him for remission of sins. That sounds like the Catholic Church to me. The Catholic Church tells you that you must go to your priest for remission of sins then he has to go to his boss and so on and so on until it reaches the Pope which is considered God to the church.

Well, that my friend is a Cult.

Pastor doesn't beg for money but gives his ministry away for FREE. You can't say that about the 99% of churches and so-called Christian organizations in this county. It's mostly about money in these churches and very little about souls.

You can go to these churches and hear a powerful sermon of how good you are, but how do you come to repentance thru that？ Pastor Meyer preaches repentance and God's grace thru repentance. He preaches the truth and not some social gospel or some watered down version of the blood of Jesus.

Although I agree with 98 % of his teachings, he doesn't disregard me for the 2% I don't. He presents the truth and doesn』t stray from it.

Show me a church where there is a prayer meeting almost everyday and I』ll show you a little church in Beaver Dam, WI. Show me a church who prays for each individual request (not just a lump of some altogether) with fervent prayer and I'll show you "Last Trumpet Ministries". The only bad thing I can say about the church is that it's too far from me to attend and it's located in the coldest part of the world. God bless them anyhow！

So I say to those ignorant people who like to criticize the ministry： You have no idea what Pastor Meyer and his ministry is all about until you actually get off your duff and visit his church and meet his wonderful congregation and family.
